My approach is simple – here’s what you can expect:
During our consult: I want to get to know you! Why are you here? What are you struggling with most? What are YOUR goals? Remember we are following YOUR path. How can I help you THRIVE and perform at your best. Let’s figure out if we are a good fit.
During our sessions: We will figure out where to start. I can help you with anything from learning how to read food labels, how many calories you need for daily life (or exercise), making easy swaps, navigating a food allergy and much more. This is a marathon and not a sprint. *Remember, I am not yet a credentialed dietitian, so my nutrition advice is not going to be prescriptive.*
What we will accomplish: Long-term sustainable food habits, improving your relationship with food, weight-loss goals, performance goals, understanding what you are eating and what your body NEEDS and more. We will be building a CONSISTENT lifestyle with room for enjoying the foods you love.
Our focus will not be about what you CAN’T eat but rather what you CAN eat – and it’s all about what is nutrient dense. Building a healthy lifestyle is a process, but it’s not a one-size-fits all. It’s personalized just for you.
I have a variety of nutrition packages available and also pay per session options available.
