What.
I know what you’re thinking.
“UGH, an energy drink. Caffeine, sugar, and a crash 1 hour later.”
Nope. Not with this drink and that is why I’m obsessed with Hiball Energy.
Hiball Energy
“Hiball has always been about good energy.”
Energy drinks don’t really have a good reputation. Based on the majority of drinks available in the market – it’s understandable why they don’t.
In college, I used to pull all-nighters to study for exams and would chug sugar-filled OR artificial sweetener filled drinks {I won’t mention the brand}. This was before I knew anything about nutrition. I only wish I could go back in time to tell my younger self what I know now. Hiball uses natural ingredients. When I read the other side of the can – I was won over.
So the specific product I’m raving about is their Hiball sparkling energy waters. These contain NO SUGAR. NONE. Not even artificial sugar.
Here’s a breakdown
I used some of their information that is posted on their main website. I will link that page below:
I work a desk job. I sit down the majority of the day, although I really try to get up and moving. When you have a desk job, you get caught in this sedentary funk. I struggle with it after work when I’m trying to break out of it to get a workout done. When I drink one of these drinks, it completely boosts my mental and physical energy. It’s like a hard reset for the day. It’s filled with natural ingredients to give you the boost you need without the sugar rush or the crash. I HAVE NEVER crashed using this product.
What’s nice about these too is that they contain B vitamins. They are great for recovery too.
Food allergies or food preferences?
Not to worry – they are gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, non-gmo and vegan.
See the link to their FAQ page where they address ingredients.
Real life applications
I don’t use this for just fitness either. If I’m struggling to stay awake or focused at work, I will walk across the street to Whole Foods (carried also by Sprouts, Harmony Foods NC, Amazon, some Targets and many other places) and pick up a can to get me through the day.
But back to fitness, I also chugged one before my very first Spartan race which had me up at 5:30 am for prep. BTW, I completed it along with my fantastic team.

They give back….
When they say that they are about good energy, it’s pretty obvious based on their story that it’s more than just ingredients.
Hiball Energy is a Supplier Alliance partner with Whole Planet Foundation®, the non-profit established by Whole Foods Market®. Hiball and other donors have contributed more than $10 million to the foundation’s mission to alleviate poverty in the countries where Whole Foods sources products. – excerpt from the Hiball Website
Hiball drinks are not cheap, but the extra cost is worth it for wholesome ingredients and for giving back to the community. I love purchasing from companies that give back.

I’m in no way associated with Hiball in that they sponsor me or that I am an ambassador. I just really believe in their product and their mission. I love sharing about products that work for me and my lifestyle and that are also allergy friendly!
