My favorite food is probably salmon. I probably like it more than steak. If I had to choose….salmon alllllll the way.
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
Grease a pan with some olive oil and place your salmon on the pan. Put a little pink salt and pepper on the salmon.
Chopped or crush some pecans. Top the salmon with the pecans. Another option is to mix the pecans with the honey and spread it over the salmon.
I baked a pound and a half of salmon for 25 min at 400 degrees.
While the salmon is baking, begin the prep of the sides!
Take some fresh Bok Choy and cut the stems off. Steam them on the stove top until they become soft. I suggest adding pink salt, pepper and a little garlic.
For the rice, I used the microwaveable VeeTee Jasmine Rice. It takes two minutes to heat up and is pretty good! Top the rice with a sprinkle of black pepper and chopped green onion.

Sorry to the vegans and vegetarians. I still love and appreciate you. You can still enjoy the Bok Choy and the rice!
Salmon is packed with protein, potassium, vitamin B6&12 and omega-3 fatty acids.
Bok Choy is a type of cabbage that is full of vitamin A and vitamin C. It is also low carb.
Bon appetite!
