Ahh! Where do I begin about this place. Let’s just say it’s our favorite post-workout nommmm date.
Juicekeys is an Organic Juice and Smoothie Bar. Our mission is to provide “KEYS” to great health by providing the highest quality foods available in their tastiest and healthiest form. We are a locally owned and operated brother-sister team based out of Raleigh, North Carolina.
We strive to provide our customers with the best tools to help them run towards greater health as efficiently and effectively as possible. We believe in the concept of “Let food be thy medicine.” Our products are 100% Organic and non-GMO. Everything is FREE of gluten, dairy, soy and refined sugar.

Here is their long list of have-nots:
- No GMO
- No refined sugars
- No dairy
- No gluten
- No soy
How about the have’s:
- Organic ingredients
- Natural flavors
- Nuts {since they are plant-based, they really utilize nut butters for protein and flavor}
- Nutrient dense foods {providing a heap of macro and micronutrients for your body}
I won’t lie to you and tell you that your visit will be cheap. Unfortunately, a buy-product of having organically sourced ingredients is that they aren’t cheap to find. BUT I will tell you that you can taste the different and your body will also thank you for it.
My absolute favorite is the gimme-mo-bowl {pictured below}. I order it as is minus the Stevia.
This was perfect for after my crossfit workout. I felt so full and nourished.
Juicekeys can be found in North Raleigh. Their original location off Falls of the Neuse looks like you’ve just walked into an interior design rustic magazine. It’s SO CUTE.
I’ve never personally met the owners, Chris and Kelly Young, but judging by their bios on the company website….you can definitely tell that they care about the community and its overall health and well-being. I hope to meet them at some point to personally thank them. As a future nutritionist and Grad student in a nutrition program, I celebrate their approach and passion for the community. On the Juicekeys website, it says that Chris also supports the military community and the Wounded Warriors Foundation. The military is near and dear to my heart as my father is retired military. It was a really big part of my early life. So for me, supporting this business is a no-brainer.
We are committed in the support of our military men and women. We’ve pledged 0.05% of our year end sales to the Brandon A. Barrett Honor scholarship fund at the USNA

Well – here’s my first restaurant review. I would love some feedback on some of the things you guys would want to hear about specifically. This is a work in progress but ultimately, I want to make your life easier! It can be difficult enough having a food allergy.
