1–2 minutes

read

Athletes do a lot intense movement, often outdoing the amount of nutrition they are able to take in. This can create a few deficiencies that are worth mentioning and worth monitoring.

Before supplementing, it is best to request some baseline blood work from your doctor. You can collaborate with your doctor and/or a registered dietitian on the proper supplementation once you get your baseline levels.

Always check with your doctor before starting a new supplement of vitamins/minerals.
