About

Over time, I’ve come to deeply value the power of preventative nutrition—supporting health before issues arise—while still honoring the importance of managing conditions once they do. Both are essential, and my goal is to help clients move from just getting by to truly thriving in their daily lives.

My path to becoming a registered dietitian wasn’t traditional. I’m a proud career changer who followed a deep interest in science, health, and human resilience—backed by the support of many—to pursue a more meaningful direction in nutrition. That journey fuels my commitment to evidence-based, compassionate care.

At the heart of Thrive Performance & Nutrition is a holistic, individualized approach. As a dietitian, I look at the full picture: lifestyle, health history, goals, and the realities of your schedule and budget. Whether you’re focused on prevention, aiming to slow the progression of a chronic condition, or working to better manage your day-to-day symptoms, I’m here to support you with practical, sustainable strategies.
