Hello everyone, I wanted to share some exciting news:
Important Update
I’m thrilled to share some big news: I’ve recently accepted a full-time position at a local university as the Director of their Community Nutrition Clinic. It’s an incredible honor to help expand access to free nutrition care for both the university and the surrounding community.
Over the years, I’ve discovered my passion for teaching and supporting underserved groups — whether that means working with those who are food insecure, navigating limited resources, or managing chronic conditions like Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, POTS, and mast cell activation.
As both a dietitian and community member, I believe in lifting others up and supporting those who need it most. I’m so excited to move into this next chapter.

What does this mean for Thrive Performance and Nutrition?
I’ll still be seeing clients through my practice — but with reduced availability so I can balance both roles well. Here’s what you need to know:
No weekend sessions (for work/life balance!)
No client sessions on Tuesdays or Thursdays
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: limited availability between 10:30 am and 5:00 pm EST. I am located in the eastern time zone.
I am very lucky to still be able to run my practice alongside this new chapter at the university. I will be notifying all clients of this change and working out session schedules individually. You WILL be supported, whether by me or another amazing dietitian.
Please reach out to me directly if you have any questions or concerns.
