I’m just making nutrition simple.
We can address some of these common nutrition-related questions: What are the “good” foods and what are the “bad” foods? Why are food labels so confusing? Low-fat, sugar-free or low-carb? Am I eating enough for my workouts? HOW do I lose weight?
My approach is simple. It’s all about what you need to help you thrive both physically and mentally. I offer sports nutrition coaching, macro coaching, general weight loss coaching, and nutrition education.
With each nutrition coaching package, you will have a 1-hour check-in each week with me via Zoom. I also offer pay per session options.

$300 a month includes:

$275 a month includes:

6 Month Package
$250 a month includes:

Pay Per Session

1-hour initial session
$100 for an initial planning session so that I can get to know more about you, we can discuss your goals, pain points, and how I can help set you up for success.
Additional Check-ins
$75 for additional check-in sessions
