Strength Training & Cardio
Strength training & cardiovascular training are both incredibly impactful on overall health. Both play a unique contribution to improving our bodies. Strength training helps with building and maintaining muscle mass and increasing bone density, while cardiovascular training is most helpful with heart health. They can both improve and maintain body weight. It is a myth that you must pick between the two. Pursuing both, even for 150 minutes total per week can have a positive impact on your health.
